Important Notice: Change of Ownership & Rebranding

The website www.so-eco.co.uk is now under new ownership and no longer has any connection with the company previously trading as SO ECO Ltd.

This domain is now owned and operated by Rebel Marketing & Promotions Ltd T/A Invoke Media (Company Number: 08633978). The site has been rebranded as Sustainable Options Eco and is being used to help customers check their eligibility for energy-saving grants and funding schemes. We are not an installer and have no intention to operate as one.

Why You’re Seeing This Notice

We acquired the domain so-eco.co.uk as part of a settlement agreement with SO ECO Ltd and its directors, Oliver Gillibrand and Sean Ronnan, to recover a portion of unpaid debts owed to us. Our company previously provided marketing services to SO ECO Ltd, including website development and SEO work. Unfortunately, we were left with unpaid invoices exceeding £11,000. As part of an agreement, we took ownership of the domain in exchange for writing off £1,000 of the outstanding debt.

To Be Clear

• We are not SO ECO Ltd.

• We have no ongoing relationship with SO ECO Ltd, its directors, or its operations.

• We are not responsible for any past work carried out by SO ECO Ltd.

• We are not associated with the liquidation process or the debts SO ECO Ltd owes to others.

We fully understand that this situation may be frustrating or confusing for visitors who have previously dealt with SO ECO Ltd. We were also affected by their actions and are among the many creditors left unpaid.

Our goal moving forward is to operate Sustainable Options Eco transparently, providing helpful, accurate information to support customers in navigating government-backed energy schemes. If you have any questions about the new site, you can contact us directly at hello@so-eco.co.uk

Thank you for your understanding.
